You'll be central to the pre-construction process — preparing accurate estimates that win projects and keep them profitable. What You'll Do Review tender documents and prepare competitive estimates. Develop cost plans and Bills of Quantities. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Build strong relationships with trades and clients. Mentor and support junior estimators. What You'll Bring Degree in construction, engineering, or similar. 3 years' estimating experience. Familiarity with Cubit and Procore . Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
